Launched at Lancing just after 0930. Tide was dropping back down, so shorebreak had eased. Waves were good easy size and peeling nicely. You could connect a single wave from right out the back to the shore. Managed 12 top turns on longest wave. Session went like this: head upwind out to sea, few jumps, gybe on the face of a set wave. Keep up wind a bit before setting off down the line, gybe and repeat for 2 hours. It was nice gybing off the wave just as it closed out with both feet still in the straps and fully planing.

Five star day.
